I’m a visual artist based in Saudi Arabia. My work explores human themes of memory, identity, and lived experience through documentary photography with experimental approaches. I studied photography at the Misk Art Institute with UCLA. My work has been shown locally and internationally.
“All photographs are memento mori. To take a photograph is to participate in another person’s (or thing’s) mortality, vulnerability, mutability. Precisely by slicing out this moment and freezing it, all photographs testify to time’s relentless melt.”
