I am a visual artist based in Saudi Arabia.
ABOUT ME
My practice lies at the intersection of art and lived experience. Working primarily with documentary photography while incorporating experimental approaches, including analogue processes, printing, collage, and text.
I explore memory, identity, and the subtle traces of heritage embedded in people and place. Through my images, I consider how personal histories become collective, revealing quiet narratives that speak to who we are, where we come from, and where we belong.
My background in healthcare, supported by a master’s degree in respiratory care, has shaped a way of seeing rooted in empathy, attentiveness, and presence. These qualities guide my image making and the ways I listen, observe, and engage with others.
I studied photography at the Misk Art Institute in partnership with UCLA. My work has been exhibited both locally and internationally.
